Book Five/semi Intensive – July Saturdays – Wauwatosa

Those assisting with the Area Teaching Committee for Cluster
#22/Milwaukee County, are delighted to share that the study of Book
Five: Releasing The Powers of Junior Youth will be held this July in
our Cluster! This will begin on Saturday July 8th from 10:00 a.m. to
4:00 p.m. at a home in Wauwatosa (to be determined) and continue for
the other Saturdays in July (8, 15, 22 & 29). This plan follows our
engagement with the Junior Youth Program development in Madison as
well as the study at UWM of several youth on this same Ruhi Book Five.
We are excited to open this opportunity to all who want to understand
this exciting program and ‘to examine the forces shaping their society
and their role in contributing to its constructive transformation
through service’. So all ages are invited to share in this new level
of understanding; no matter if one is going to become a tutor or an
animator or just a supporter; we are all unitedly involved in
whatever way possible!
Please let us know of your interest.
Much love,
Ellen Parmelee

You are warmly invited to the Heartland Baha’i School 2017!

Friday, July 14, 2017 – Sunday, July 16, 2017

THEME: Hope and the Family

Join the Baha’is and the friends of the Baha’i Faith for a loving and nurturing weekend. The school curriculum will focus on the institution of the family and its members’ spiritual and economic hopes. All will study cooperation, reciprocity, fellowship, and other spiritual concepts modeled in stories of ‘Abdu’l-Baha. School participants will also consider the Baha’i Law of Huquq’ullah as an act that revitalizes an individual’s or family’s spiritual connection to Baha’i institutions and as a reform to the imbalanced economics of our world. All are welcome! Through Forum Theater all will get the theatrical opportunity to transform uncomfortable conversational situations into loving, meaningful exchanges. Rhythm and song will also be incorporated into the weekend.

We hope to see you!

Sincerely,
Heartland Baha’i School Committee
